Booking and Payment

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date. Full payment is due before or on the day of service unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

Copyright and Usage Rights

Prime Focus Creatives retains copyright of all images. Clients receive usage rights for personal use. Commercial use requires separate licensing agreement.

Delivery Timeline

Edited photos will be delivered within 2-4 weeks for standard sessions and 4-8 weeks for weddings, depending on the scope of work.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled session will receive a full refund minus the deposit. Cancellations within 30 days are subject to the full session fee.

Limitation of Liability

Prime Focus Creatives liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for services. We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control that may affect service delivery.
